These terms cover your use of ironbarfitness.ca, the website of Iron Bar Fitness in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. By using the site you agree to them.

Memberships and pre-authorized debit

When you sign up online, the Pre-Authorized Debit Agreement on the sign up page sets out how your payments are taken, how to cancel the debit and your recourse rights. It says the authorization stays in effect until you cancel it in writing with at least 30 days' notice, or until the membership ends. For anything else about your membership, including fees and cancelling, contact the gym at (306) 842-6164 or ironbarfit@gmail.com.

The shop

Orders from the shop are checked out and paid on Shopify. Prices, shipping and returns are the ones shown at checkout. For a question about an order, contact the gym at ironbarfit@gmail.com.

Using the site

Please use the site lawfully and don't try to interfere with how it runs or get into parts of it that aren't public, like the staff dashboard. The text, photos and logo on the site belong to Iron Bar Fitness, so please don't copy them for another business.

Other websites

Some links open other websites, like Mindbody for your first payment, Shopify checkout, Facebook and Instagram. We don't run those sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
