What are your access hours?+
Members have key fob access from 4am-Midnight daily. Staff are available Monday-Friday 9am-9pm, Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm.
Can I cancel my annual membership?+
Annual memberships require a 12-month commitment. After the initial year, they can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Are pre-paid memberships refundable?+
Pre-paid memberships are non-refundable but can be transferred to another family member with approval.
Do you offer student or senior rates?+
Yes! Discounted rates are available for students and seniors (60+). Please visit us at the front desk with a valid student ID or government ID to set up your membership.
